When Mary began working with 915 Labs in 2015, the food tech startup had an unoptimized website and just two employees. Over the next three years, she positioned 915 Labs as an innovative technology company and supported sales with a comprehensive marketing program.
The first step was building out the 915 Labs brand with a tagline and infographics to explain the technical process of packaging food for the shelf, followed by a complete website redesign. A social media campaign included Twitter and a monthly e-newsletter to industry influencers and media, strategic posts on LinkedIn and a blog program.
A media campaign focusing on trade, business and consumer press resulted in extensive coverage for the company opportunities. Mary directly supported the company's CEO and executive team, providing PR counsel and market research, speechwriting, media interview training and sales materials including collateral, PPTs and sample product packaging. When exhibiting at industry conferences in the US and abroad, Mary served as the face and spokesperson for the company.
